CloudLabs Developer

Full Time | Remote

We are looking for a Python Developer to join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain various software products. Responsibilities include writing and testing code, debugging programs, and integrating applications with other systems and third-party web services. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team. Ultimately, you’ll build a web application that aligns with our business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement backend features with Python 3.7/Flask/Celery
  • Implement frontend features with React + Typescript
  • Implement CI/CD functionality with Jenkins/Docker
  • Implement unit and integration tests with pytest
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Strong coding experience
  • Experience in Python web frameworks (Flask/Celery/pytest)
  • Experience developing modern Rest APIs
  • Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining AWS EC2 and container-based applications
  • Automated testing
  • Security mindset towards development and operations
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
